These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Multimago SRL through its website www.multimagotrade.com. By using the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Note: These services are intended strictly for legal entities (companies), not individuals.

3. Scope of Services

Multimago SRL provides consultancy and logistics services to facilitate product imports from China. These services include:

  • Supplier/factory identification

  • Price negotiation

  • Product quality verification

  • Order management

  • Shipping coordination, including customs clearance

All services are provided based on prior agreement and issuance of a Proforma Invoice. A service contract may also be signed in some cases.


4. Pricing and Payments

All payments are made via bank transfer based on the issued Proforma Invoice.
No online payment services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are used.


5. User Eligibility

The services of Multimago SRL are intended exclusively for legal persons (companies). By using this site, you confirm that you represent a company and have the authority to act on its behalf.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of Multimago SRL or its partners. It is protected by Law no. 8/1996 on Copyright and Related Rights and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.

A. Introduction

9. Governing Law

These Terms relate to online consultancy and logistics services offered by Multimago SRL and are governed by the laws of Romania, including but not limited to:

  • Law no. 365/2002, regarding services of the information society

  • Law no. 506/2004, on data processing and electronic communications

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)


10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, Multimago SRL will first seek to resolve matters amicably through direct communication.
If no resolution is reached, any legal disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Cluj-Napoca.
